San Agustín is a region within Huila that we've been returning to a lot over the last few years, often for Pink Bourbon harvests. This lot, however, is a field blend of Caturra & Variedad Colombia - the former being a South American classic known for malic delicate (apple/pear) acidity, and the latter being a sweet hybrid created in the 1980's to be resistant to the destructive Coffee Leaf Rust, a fungus that devastates traditional Caturra crops
