Not happy with something you received? Let us know! We're committed to providing top-tier coffees and coffee products and we want you to be happy.
If you receive coffee that is defective, damaged, or strongly not to your liking, please reach out to us at hello@lovelesscoffees.coffee within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you on a case by case basis to find a solution, be it a refund or an exchange. Coffee orders received over 14 days ago are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If you wish to return merch (mugs, tees, equipment), please email us at hello@lovelesscoffees.coffee within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return authorization (RA). You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Authorized refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return. Returns received over 14 days after the RA was issued will be refunded to store gift card.
