Coffees

Welcome! Please take a look at these ordering considerations:

* All coffee roasted Mondays & Tuesdays; online orders ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Fridays.

* Subscriptions ship Wednesdays.

* Please allow up to 1-2 days of processing for all coffee orders.

* Our roasts are light - we recommend aging your coffee 2-4 weeks from roast date for the best results.

* If possible, grind immediately before use with a burr grinder.

We generally try to keep 5 fresh crop single origin coffees for 4-6 weeks each, as well as 1 espresso blend, 1 bulk drip offering, and 1 decaffeinated coffee.
