This is our second release from Sebastian Ramirez via Unblended. Sebastian is a fourth-generation coffee farmer and the owner of Finca el Placer in the Quinido region of Colombia. Sebastian connected with Unblended and is now a mentor of their Young Producers program, which assists upcoming coffee producers to hone their craft, resources and knowledge. As a producer, Sebastian has set up and utilized a microbiology lab to craft unique fermentation profiles. This particular lot is a fully washed pink bourbon with a flavor profile reminiscent of black tea, white grape and nectarine.
