Ture Waji is the founder of Sookoo Coffee located in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. Ture and Osito have a longstanding relationship well before the establishment of Sookoo Coffee thanks to Ture's early work in Guji. His familiarity with the region has given him the nickname "the king of Guji" and allows him and the team at Sookoo to produce beautiful flavor profiles. This lot represents the first washed coffee Osito has purchased from Ture Waji.
