About Brazilian Coffee: The world's largest producer of coffee has turned scale and industry into an art. Brazilian coffee is well-known for being very consistent & high quality, and affordably-priced (ignoring the current tariff climate). Because the majority of coffee grown in Brazil is grown at low elevation, large farms are able to machine-harvest reliably without sacrificing as much quality. Low elevation terroir also  means the coffee is low in acidity and high in body, making it a great choice for blending. Brazilian coffee tastes like cashew, almond and milk chocolate.

About Natural Coffee: The oldest method of processing coffee. The coffee cherries are dried in the sun with skin and mucilage intact before de-pulping, leading to significant changes in flavor, sweetness, and acidity. The process is overall simpler than washed, but to produce high quality natural coffees a lot of monitoring and care is necessary, requiring the constant removal of individual cherries that begin to rot or over-ferment. The final product is very sweet, and presents distinctive winey flavors and red fruit acidity.
