Description: Standard workhorse recipe. 
Supplies: aeropress, filter, hot water, ground coffee, gram scale, timer, kettle for pouring
  • Standard orientation
  • 14g of coffee
  • 200g of water
  • 205F
  • Medium-find grind - 12 on Baratza Encore & Virtuoso
  1. Pour 200g of hot water onto dry coffee grounds.
  2. Stir 5x
  3. After 1 minute of brew time, slowly press the plunger, finish in 30 seconds

Brew Time: 1-1.5m
