Supplies: aeropress, filter, hot water, ground coffee, gram scale, timer, kettle for pouring
- Standard orientation
- 14g of coffee
- 200g of water
- 205F
- Medium-find grind - 12 on Baratza Encore & Virtuoso
- Pour 200g of hot water onto dry coffee grounds.
- Stir 5x
- After 1 minute of brew time, slowly press the plunger, finish in 30 seconds
