Designed to work well across a spectrum of different pour over devices (V60, Origami, Kalita, etc.)

Necessary supplies:
- Brewing device & filter (V60, Origami Kalita, etc.),
- Long neck kettle with 12oz water
- 20g medium ground coffee (Baratza Encore or Virtuoso grinders recommended)
- Gram scale
- Timer
- 205F (1m off boil)
- 20g of coffee
- Medium grind - 15 on a Baratza Encore & Virtuoso
- 0m00s Pour 60g of water to bloom
- 0m30s In a quarter sized circle, slowly pour up to 200g of water
- 1m30s Slowly pour up to 340g
