Necessary supplies: Brewing apparatus & filter, hot water, ground coffee, gram scale, timer, long neck kettle
  • 205F (1m off boil)
  • 20g of coffee
  • Medium grind - 15 on a Baratza Encore & Virtuoso
  1. 0m00s Pour 60g of water to bloom
  2. 0m30s In a quarter sized circle, slowly pour up to 200g of water
  3. 1m30s Slowly pour up to 340g
