Designed to work well across a spectrum of different pour over devices (V60, Origami, Kalita, etc.)

Necessary supplies:
  • Brewing device & filter (V60, Origami Kalita, etc.),
  • Long neck kettle with 12oz water
  • 20g medium ground coffee (Baratza Encore or Virtuoso grinders recommended)
  • Gram scale
  • Timer
  • 205F (1m off boil)
  • 20g of coffee
  • Medium grind - 15 on a Baratza Encore & Virtuoso
  1. 0m00s Pour 60g of water to bloom
  2. 0m30s In a quarter sized circle, slowly pour up to 200g of water
  3. 1m30s Slowly pour up to 340g
