Our intention with the house espresso was to create a blend that is both delicious and versatile. Rosegold is deep and sweet, like raw floral honey. It has pleasant ripe cherry acidity, creamy nougat flavor, and a long dark-chocolate finish. Its structure has two components, a base and a sweetener, that change seasonally while maintaining a consistent flavor profile. It is designed to taste excellent no matter how you brew it: in shots, cold brew, pour overs, Aeropress, with cow’s milk, oat milk, or over ice cream, whatever your palate desires or your setup allows.
Rosegold refers to the golden color of a freshly pulled espresso and the subtle floral complexity we try to maintain in every iteration. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we love roasting it.

I was unable to fully tinker around with this coffee. The espresso I did make with it was fine, but I suspect had I spent more time with dialing-in my grinder I could have achieved a much better result.
The bags they are using to package the beans are awesome! They have a really nice tactile feel to them. I would love to know where they actually purchased them from. The labeling holds a wealth of info about the coffee beans used and their sourcing. I don't know who writes the data for the labels but if it is Will, who I think also wrote the labeling data at Kaffe 1668, than that would make sense as the info provided is some of the most informative notes on retail bags that one can possible hope for. Although the design of the label imaging art is a bit abstract I really could care less about its art and am more concerned with the information about the actual beans. If I want consumer marketing art and design I will buy a bunch of cereal like Cap 'N Crunch or Fruity Pebbles.
I do wish I spent more time dialing-in this coffee as an espresso but I decided to consume it as a morning brew using my clever dripper instead. Either way I suspect I would purchase again.
Such a solid, delicious roast. This bean is what we have in all the high-end coffee machines at my company's HQ. It's bright and fruity but has some nice bold undertones... would definitely recommend!
The Rosegold Espresso is an amazing blend with just the perfect balance of depth and acidity. It is easy to dial in and results in a clean and flavor bomb of an espresso. I am yet to try it with milk but can imagine it being a great choice for a Cortado.

This coffee is so delicious! Everyone I’ve made this coffee for, loves it and mentions how “silky” it is. I’ve only made espresso drinks so far. I can’t wait to invite friends over to see how it blooms with pour over. Overall a great blend - compliments pastries so well.
Lightly roasted, probably the lightest espresso blend I have tried. I got pleasantly sweet espresso with bright acidity. While being lightly roasted, it is a very charming espresso blend.
This espresso blend is amazing! I really love the chocolate notes and the versatile tastes that come with it. I tried brewing it stronger and lighter with different types of milk and coffee makers. From that experiment I was able to get some great results out of all of them. I used the V60, Chemex and my flair neo and it all came out pretty great. A great place to start and a good work horse as far as having great coffee in the house.
Continue to love the coffee and the long-distance service, but do not like the switch to a paper bag which cheapens the impression & feel of Loveless being a premium coffee.
I ordered a regular latte from another cafe in Williamsburg and was struck by the taste. It was smooth, and almost butterscotch-y. Turned out they were carrying Loveless and I had to buy a bag of the Rosegold beans on the spot. It pairs with milk (and alt milk) in a way I've never had before, and I'm a barista. I'm now on my second bag :) Well done, Loveless!
