In late August, we purchased three amazing Colombia coffees from Huila in coordination with our friends at The Coffee Quest. Finca Costa Rica is located in Huila, Colombia and is owned by Faver Ninco and his family. Faver began working in coffee over 25 years ago following in the footsteps of his father and neighbors. He's since passed down his passion and knowledge to his four children. Their farm consists of around 19,000 coffee trees with varieties such as caturra, bourbon, gesha and pink bourbon. This particular lot is a delicious and sweet pink bourbon with a profile of pink and red fruit flavors.
